Admission Process in Haryana

1 Eligibility Check

• Qualifying Exam: Passed 10+2 (PCM/PCB) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
• Open School Candidates: Eligible as per PCI guidelines.
• Not Eligible: Pre-university exams (new scheme) of Andhra University with PCM/PCB.

2 Online Registration

Register at techadmissionshry.gov.in ↗

• Sign Up: Provide PPP ID (Haryana) or Aadhaar. Details auto-fetched from PPP.
• Fee: General (₹1000), Reserved (₹700).
• Timeline: April (3rd Wk) to July (3rd Wk).

3 & 4 Document Verification & Merit Rank

5 & 6 Online Counseling & Physical Reporting

Two rounds of online off-campus counseling are conducted via the portal. Supernumerary seats (MAR, TFW, EWS) are filled separately.

Step 6: Physical Reporting Details

• Report to the allotted institute with Provisional Seat Allotment Letter.
• Deposit one semester fee and verify original documents.
• Receive system-generated Provisional Admission Slip.

7 Institute Level Counseling

• Conducted by individual institutes for vacant/unfilled seats after 2nd counseling.
• Fresh Merit prepared by the institute.
• Filled without any reservation before the final cut-off date (mid-Sept).

8 Special Quota Seats

• HGST: Govt School Toppers (1 seat/branch).
• KM / TFW: Kashmiri Migrants / Tuition Fee Waiver (up to 5% supernumerary).
• EWS: Economically Weaker Section (up to 10%).
• MAR / SDB / HARIHAR: Regional & specific schemes.
